Windwalker Transportation Inc, is growing! We are looking for a driven Driver Manager to add to our Operations team. This position will lead, develop and support our drivers in operation, safety and customer service.

Required experience:

• 1-3 years in a Driver Manager or Dispatch role.
• Retention, de-escalation and Customer service experience.
• Truckload Transportation experience

Schedule: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, rotating on-call schedule

Compensation: Based on experience + monthly bonus
